By purchasing products, booking services or paying a deposit through our website, you agree to this policy.

2. Deposits for Services

LATVITO LTD may require a deposit before work begins.

Deposits are collected to:

• Reserve labour and resources

• Purchase materials

• Arrange site visits and consultations

• Prepare quotations and project planning

A deposit confirms the customer’s intention to proceed with the project.

3. Final Project Costs

The deposit paid is not necessarily the final project cost.

Final costs may vary depending on:

If the final cost exceeds the deposit paid, the remaining balance will be payable before or upon project completion.

If the final cost is lower than the amount paid, any overpayment will be refunded to the customer.

4. Service Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel a booked service should notify LATVITO LTD as soon as possible.

Cancellation More Than 7 Days Before Work Begins

Customers may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid, less any costs already incurred by LATVITO LTD.

Cancellation Within 7 Days of Scheduled Work

LATVITO LTD reserves the right to retain part of the deposit to cover administration, preparation, labour scheduling and material costs.

Cancellation After Materials Have Been Ordered

Any non-refundable material costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation After Work Has Started

Deposits become non-refundable once work has commenced.

Customers will remain responsible for payment for completed work, materials and labour already provided.

5. Product Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving eligible products.

Returned products must:

• Be unused

• Be in original condition

• Be in original packaging where applicable

• Be suitable for resale

LATVITO LTD reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Custom-made products

• Special-order materials

• Opened products

• Used products

• Products damaged after delivery

• Perishable or time-sensitive goods

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, customers must contact LATVITO LTD within 48 hours of delivery.

Where appropriate, we may:

• Replace the item

• Repair the item

• Issue a full or partial refund

Photographic evidence may be requested.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
